Does your software work with the new MySpace music player?
Yes. We have updated our software to work flawlessly with the new MySpace player.

How long will it take to see the plays/views on my page?
Once you receive a confirmation from us, MySpace plays take about 15 minutes to register on your page once your campaign has begun. MySpace views are instantaneous. SoundClick plays and views can take up to 48 hours to register on your page. This is a policy with SoundClick and not MaxPlays.

I ordered MySpace plays at 1am and didn’t see them until the next day. Why?
MySpace resets the players at 3am PST. When plays are purchased close to that time we wait until the players are reset to run your campaign. By doing this it will allow your plays to stay on your “plays today” count for a full 24 hours.

Can I get deleted from MySpace/SoundClick for using your service?
We have never had a client get deleted from using our service. We work with each customer to ensure that their campaigns are maximized to their fullest potential. ATTENTION: One of our competitors has posted a false post on a website posing as an artist, stating that our service got them deleted. This is false. We were able to trace it back to a competitor and it was just their feeble attempt at trying to bad-mouth us. We will not resort to such childish tactics. This is why we will not mention their name here. Our service and customer support stand on their own.

Can you spread the plays across all the songs or a specific one?
Yes. Just let us know which songs you'd like them on. If not we'll spread them across all your songs.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase.

Do you accept checks?
We do accept eChecks via PayPal. However all eChecks must clear before your campaign begins.

What if I want a custom campaign? How much extra will that cost?
Custom campaigns can be created for you at no extra charge. We know that every artist has unique needs. If you need a custom campaign created just email us and one of our friendly representatives will contact you and work with you to create your successful campaign.

Is it true you offer a 100% money back guarantee?
Absolutely! If we do not give you what you paid for we will not only refund your money but will give you 50,000 plays and 50,000 views for free that you can use on any account. When you purchase from us you can be confident that you have made the right choice.

Why don’t you have a 1-800 number I can call?
By not providing an 800 number we are cutting our costs down and passing the savings on to you. We feel we can answer your questions more precisely and with more attention to detail via email. In most cases, one of our staff will get back to you within a half hour, sometimes even faster.

I saw another company with an ad just like yours. Are you and them the same company?
Absolutely not! There are a lot of companies imitating and copying our ads. We are not affiliated with them in any way, shape or form. Remember, if it doesn't say MaxPlays.com or MaxPlays.net it is not our ad.

How do the free plays work?
Email us your MySpace URL or Friend ID. We will then generate the free plays* on your page. This is our way of showing you what we can do at no cost to you. *In order to prevent abuse, free plays will only be given one time to each unique MySpace URL. Unfortunately we can not offer free SoundClick plays due to the delay in viewing the plays on your page.

Do you disclose your customer base?

How does the Customer Loyalty Program (CLP) work?
The CLP is very simple. Here at MaxPlays we believe that we should give back to our customers for their continued loyalty to us. We are very proud to offer our customers the CLP. For every dollar you spend you will receive 5 points. Once a preset point limit is reached you can redeem your points for more plays or views. Or you can let your points roll over and build them up.

Is there a fee to sign up for the Customer Loyalty Program?
Absolutely not! We wouldn't think of it. Sign up is completely free and can be done in a matter of seconds. Once you sign up you will receive an email from one of our friendly staff with your customer number. From then on every purchase you make will count towards your free plays or views.
